How long does it take to set up?+
Most merchants are taking bookings within 10 minutes. Sign up, add a service, share your booking link.
Can I import existing customers?+
Yes. CSV import is on the dashboard's Clients page. Up to 10,000 rows per file.
Do I need my own website?+
No. Every Bookerva merchant gets a public booking page at bookerva.com/book/<your-slug>. Use it as your booking site, or embed it in an existing one.
Pricing & payments
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Starter is free forever, up to 50 bookings per month with 1 staff member.
How do online card payments work?+
We use Inkress as our payment partner. Connect your Inkress merchant account on the Payments page; customers pay by card during booking; funds settle on a payout schedule you choose.
What are Inkress' fees?+
Inkress charges its standard processing fee (around 3.5% + JMD per transaction). Bookerva itself takes nothing on top.
Can I refund a payment?+
Yes — full and partial refunds from the appointment detail page. Refunds settle through Inkress.
Bookings & scheduling
Can multiple staff members take bookings?+
Yes — Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple providers, each with their own calendar and services.
Can I book multiple services for one customer in one go?+
Yes. The public booking page is a multi-line cart. Add several services or a bundle, pick times, and book in one transaction.
Can I require deposits or full payment up front?+
Yes. Set this per-service. Bookerva takes the configured amount via Inkress before the slot is held.
Can customers cancel themselves?+
Yes — every confirmation email includes a self-serve cancel link. Cart bookings cancel together.
Integrations
Can I auto-create Google Meet or Zoom links?+
Yes. Connect once on the Settings page; bookings at virtual locations automatically get a meeting link in the calendar event and confirmation email.
Do you have an API?+
Public REST API + webhooks are available on Enterprise. Talk to sales for access.
Can I use my own domain?+
Custom domains are available on Enterprise.
Security
How is my data protected?+
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, TLS in transit, audited at every mutation. 2FA with recovery codes is built in.
Is Bookerva HIPAA-compliant?+
Bookerva supports a PHI flag with extra audit logging suitable for healthcare workflows. For HIPAA-equivalent regimes, contact sales for a BAA-equivalent.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Bookings, customers, and audit logs are exportable as CSV from the dashboard at any time.
