What we collect
We collect what we need to deliver the service: your account info (email, name, business name), your bookings, your customers' bookings, your billing info, and basic telemetry (browser, IP) to keep the platform safe and improve it.
How we use it
- To run the booking platform on your behalf.
- To process payments via Inkress.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts).
- To detect fraud and abuse.
- To improve Bookerva — always in aggregate, never to sell your data.
How we protect it
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. TLS in transit. Audited at every mutation. 2FA available on every account. PHI-flagged forms get extra audit logging. We never sell or rent your data.
Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (Inkress) when you take payments; calendar providers (Google, Zoom) when you connect them; email/SMS providers (AWS SES / SNS) when you send notifications; legal authorities when required by law.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session, CSRF protection, and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time. You can delete your account at any time; we retain backups for up to 30 days then permanently delete. You can request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@bookerva.com.
